Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rashes Like Skin Infection

Having skin problem like some cuts and scaling on inside hands fingers.Consulted Dr. Sunil Deshpande at Vapi. Advised Tenovate and coteryl cream plus siooxy and allegra if itching. The medicine did work and I was feeling better and stopped medicine. But now suddenly I have developed red rashes inside of my fingers and some burning sensation. Kindly advise.Thanks, Rajni
