Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rashes Of Bumps

so, i noticed a bump and i thought it was from shaving. (which i do a few times a week. so i know what ingrown hairs are.) it seemed like an ingrown hair but it was a little more sore. then i got another one on the other side. about a day later i started having a rash just red itchy skin. i used my sons diaper rash cream to see if it was a rash(i know wierd). it made it worse, i had some thick white-ish discharge so i went and started meds for a yeast infection. i started the med stuff last night and i had about 3 itchy bumps on the outside of the lips. this morning they seemed to kinda puss, itch, and burn and it was still just 3. i walked around a lot today and finally came home to find that they are all over. they are soft and seem to pop easily and swell up when popped. it seemed like the yeast infection med made it 20x worse.
