Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rashes On Arms

Hi i have a really itchy rash on my arms, i get little red spots when it's itchy but they're not there when it's not itchy. It's mostly itchy in the morning and is slighlty worse at night time. Just wondered if you knew what it can be.Much appreciated
