Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rashes On Hands, Arms And Thigh

this rash started on my hands, round circular bumps, itchy. they then moved to my arms and now i have large patches on my thighs just above the knee. started as small patches the turned to one large area. there was swelling but is now gone and the area is tuning brown. i was told it was eczema. help!
