Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rashes On Legs

Hi Good night,
My boyfriend he currently has rash betwen his legs and now spreading on his bottocks.It's dark in coloured and he itches alot please provide me with more info or some sort of anti fungal cream he can use to stop the rash from spreading more .... thanks
