Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rashes

Hello,
I have had a rash on my bikini area since I shaved a few weeks ago. I've read a lot of information so I was using a cream for the itching but it is not going away. What kind of cream can I try to help in removing the rash. It does not hurt or anything it just itches a lot. It's only on the right side of the area with a few pimple like bumps on the inner thigh in the area.
