Suggest Remedy For Itchy Red Bumps In Buttock Area

hello, I am 25 and for the past few years I started getting these itchy red bumps on my butt only. I've tried to figure out what they are, but have no luck. They just look like random bug bites but are localized on my butt only. how can I get rid of them? They won't go away
