Suggest Remedy For Itchy Red Rash On Toes Due To Allergic Reaction To Shoes

i seem to be allergic to all my shoes. when i take off any shoes or runners, boots the top of my feet near my toes and my toes are incredibly itchy and red rash to the point I have to remove my shoes. I have tried wearing cotton socks and rash stays aound indefinitely now. I have been using Resolve Plus 1.0 and ave just taken a Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablet 180mg. This doesn t stop the rash. it first started happening quite a while ago when wearing boots. - I thought i was allergic to the leather tanning but now it happens even wearing Nike or Asics and patent leather. Any suggestions?
