Suggest Remedy For Itchy Red Rashes On Armpit,neck,behind Ears And Face

Hi, I had a rash starting in my armpits. It recently appeared on my neck, behind my right ear, and now appears to be affecting my face. It is very itchy, red, and recently started to scab over. I have also experienced head pain on the right base of my neck where much of the rash is located.
