Suggest Remedy For Itchy Red Scrotum

Itchy, red scrotum for last month; flaking skin by end of day, moist and tacky after a shower. Finished one week of Lamasil treatment (as recommended by box), with no relief. Am currently treating with zinc oxide medicated talcum powder, but that is just covering up the problem. Thoughts are appreciated.
