Suggest Remedy For Itchy & Rough Skin Infection

Hi Doctor,Im 34 years male from india . My face was very rough since 1 year back and I start to use propygenta nf cream under the prescribed by doctor and my face getting improved.But when i stop to use cream after 1 year I face allergy problem in face .Its start itch and skin more rough then before.Please advice.
