Suggest Remedy For Itchy Skin Allergy

Hi, around last week, the inner corner of my right eye starts to itch abnormally. It itches round 5 times a day, and itches over 3min, and rubbing it doesn't help at all (which I stopped doing so after the second day). I don't have allergy. Sometimes I feel there's something in my eye moving, but my eye looks normal, not swollen or very red. Don't know if this have to do with anything, but the same eye turned really red a month ago, and about a month before that also. Please help me, my eye have not itched so abnormally before.
