Suggest Remedy For Itchy Skin And Dry Scaly Patches On Vulvur Area

hi doctor ,i have an itchy skin ad dry scaly patches on my vulvar area which has slightly extended to groin area due to prolonged infection,its been almost 1 year,it comes and goes off as i use number of ointments,but i am not able to get rid of it,i'm really scared of it.i'm 29 yrs married lady .i have 7 month old baby.
