Suggest Remedy For Itchy Skin In Groin Area

Weird, in this heat I tend to sweat alot in the groin area, more on the inside of the upper thigh/groin. I felt itchy on the inside of my thigh in that area and when itching I noticed swelling. No redness or pain just itchy and swollen. Felt like a possible sweat gland? What do I do if anything?
