Suggest Remedy For Itchy Skin In Thigh & Calf Post A Skin Graft

hello doctor, i had a skin graft on my calf around 2 years ago. after the operation, it's getting worse. then i've seek another doctor and he used something like a plaster color red-pink something like that. and it's healing. but the problem that i'm facing right now is the place where that has skin graft which is my calf is really itchy and it become thicker and at my thigh the place where they took out the skin does not fully recover.what should i do?
