Suggest Remedy For Itchy Skin Lesions

hi doctor! i have been back and for to gp and dermatologist and getting slightly depressed by my situation. i have had acne in past but about 2 years ago developed skin lesions which my derma was unsure of diagnosis. I thought these would scar badly but faded in about 5 months but did leave a large red mark for a long time. her original diagnosis thinking it may be discoid lupus. As i did not have any problem after this episode for 2 years and have now started developing lesions again. I feel it is very much stress related but am unsure of exactly the diagnosis. I have a certain amount of acne but these seem different. I am waiting to see my derma but cant get an appointment for 2 months! this is very irritating as the red marks left behind are having a psychological impact and I wanted to know if you ahve any advice to fade these red marks.They are slightly sunken aswell.Does lemon juice work?any advice would be much appreciated
