Suggest Remedy For Itchy Skin Rash

Hi, I just returned from Deep Creek Lake in Maryland after several days of swimming and being in the sun (wearing sunscreen). About a day before I left the skin on my stomach began getting very itchy and now it is covered in a rash that is spreading to my inner elbows and face. What should I do?
