Suggest Remedy For Itchy Skin

hello sir i m 24 year old boy and i m almost masturbuting everyday since a long time of 3-4 years, so i have some problem of itching on maximum parts of body and i also lost a cutey glow on my face. please tell me how to stop it and how i get my smartness back i think my body has less moisturise .
