Suggest Remedy For Itchy Spot On The Stomach Area

I have this itchy spot on my stomach area, near my belly button (5 inches away). and once in a white it will get itchy and then become white in collour and kind of get even more itchy. not sure if its something to worry about, but it comes and goes and i have noticed it for a few months now.
