Suggest Remedy For Itchy Testicle Skin

hi i have skin problem on my testicles, i.e i get sever itching over their and then that affect area also smells very bad and after next day skin becomes dry and black like it is burned and then it feels like itching again and peeling off & burning senstation will also be their in that area.
presently using Itch guard but not feeling better and also using medicated powder.
please suggest me what to do with this problem and what actually is this happen to me.
