Suggest Remedy For Itchy Testicles With Dryness

Sir,
I am having icthing under testicles wher legs are joining and after sracthing surface gets wet and after dry when I scracth again a powder like dust falling and is lettle bad smelling
Also this problem more during summer seson
Pls let me know which ointment should I use
