Suggest Remedy For Joint Pains Post Viral Arthritis

Hello Doctor,



My sis is suffering from Post viral arthritis since few weeks..she has lot of pain in her joints.She is a high school teacher.I think her weight could also be one of the reasons.Would Physiotherapy treament be helpful?Can u suggest some remedies to ease off the pain & also the causes of it.
