Suggest Remedy For Keloid At Nose Piercing Site

I pierced my nose in July and I haven't had any problems with it until the past few weeks. There's a keloid there that won't go away. Lots of my friends who have had nose piercings say that they've had one before too and it goes away eventually, but mine's pretty infected and it doesn't seem to be going away at all. Sometimes it bleeds and/or there's puss. I don't know what to do to make the keloid go away, and I'm worried that it's going to leave a scar. Do you have any advice?
