Suggest Remedy For Kidney Ailments

Hi, I went to my doctor today for a back injury I sustained at work. The injury is near the right kidney, she did a urine test and found WBC (she claims 500) in my urine. And pus cells. She thinks it could be a couple of things. 1. A UTI (which I have never had one in my life, I am 31). 2. A kidney infection from the wound. 3. The muscle breaking down from the wound. I have been diagnosed with severe cervical dysplasia, 2 surgeries, and also asked her if maybe that had turned into something more. She claims that would not show on a urine test. But only a pap test. That has me a little concerned. What do you think is happening?
