Suggest Remedy For Kidney Soreness When On Neuracel

My kidneys are currently a little sensitive some days, I think because I took 500 mg of Naproxen twice daily for six months. Now I have switched to an herbal remedy called Neuracel, which seems better, but I still have some kidney soreness which I'm hoping will go away eventually. My concern is that I'm going to Ecuador and was going to start taking Malarone tomorrow, but I see that it is not recommended for people with severe renal impairment. Do you think it will make my kidney soreness worse?
