Suggest Remedy For Knee Pain Due To Torn Meniscus

Hello i am in serious chronic pain in my back and i had torn my meniscus in my knee almost a year ago and never got the surgery.i have been getting percribed painkillers for about 8 months.i recently went to florida for a month and when i got back i had my usual pains and my doctor had moved. i went to the er and they refused me of any pain meds and told me to see a pain manegment doctor but i cant get an appoitment tillthe end of the week what do i do? i am in alot of pain
