Suggest Remedy For Lack Of Appetite In Child When On Strayerra

My grandson is 13 and is on strayerra and he does not eat, no ambition and he was an A student in school but now is having problems. I am quite concerned -about him. My daughter in law does not see any problems. He does not want to do anything anymore.
