Suggest Remedy For Large Mole On The Penis

hello, i have a black flat mole on my penis, it s quite big in size (about 1.5 cm), it extends from penile skin to the side of the glans, but it s been tested benign. I have thought about removing it using laser or surgery but I heard of a better option by using mole removal cream can leave minimal scar and save the pain, I wonder if that s a better option since the cream might harm the glans by invading its cells but what s the difference by cutting it or using laser if they all have some side effects?
