Suggest Remedy For Large Painful Boil Near Belly Button

hi, i have a large boil right between my belly button and my mis section...its been here for 3-4 days and is severly painful to sit, stand walk, lay, turn...all aspects of movement. i called a hospital and a clinic here in fergus falls, minnesota and they told me without insurance, i can't be looked at :(, what do i do?
