Suggest Remedy For Leaking Stool From Fistula Track After The Surgery

Hello. I had surgery for an anal fistula ten days ago. The surgeon used a seton. I went to a post op appointment three days ago and he tightened the band. The band fell off the next day. The fistula track is now leaking stool. I am not sure of this is typical or if this is a problem. I was told that the seton might fall out at any time however it was my understanding that when/if it did that meant the it was on it s way to healing and I should have not leakage. I am concerned and worried. kirbyka!
