Suggest Remedy For Lichen Planus

Hi doctor about 1.5 yrs back i had a small black small patch at my neck. It starts to spread towards my chin and so i went to a near by doctor .
Once i had the medicine for a week it starts spreading all through out my face and hand joins.
When i consult a doctor and go for biopsy they told it is lichen planus pigmentosis .
I'm very stressful since i'm in my age 23 and i'm about to get married.i don't know how to cure this.
Is there any treatment for this or is there any surgery can be done.Please help me.
