Suggest Remedy For Light Headedness, Fatigue And Tingling In Lips

Symptoms: Lightheadedness, tingling in lips, fatigue, feel dizzy and off balance when standing for too long, pounding in ears when laying down, and neck pain on both sides on the backside. I do not have health insurance and I m not sure if this is something that I should go to the hospital for. Please help
