Suggest Remedy For Little Air Bubble Above The Belly Button

Hey i have a question about this thing i have right above my belly button. Whenever i flex my abdomen a little air bubble pops out and when i press it, it deflates and a little ball like thing next to it too. Im worried because it bothers when it pops out and when i get full. I had it for along time now.
