Suggest Remedy For Loss Of Hearing And Tinnitus In One F My Ears

iam 47 years old. last year i felt mild problem with my right ear. i have gone for a e&t check and they have checked me with all thier routine checks. they told me nothing wrong with your ear, may be your nerve is not transmitting the signal to your brain. my problem is that unable to hear mild sounds with right year. when you press your ear with your hand you hear the noised of the air inside the ear repeatedly and this is not happening to my right ear where as i feel the air vibaration by reatepatedly pressing the and over the left ear. please advice
