Suggest Remedy For Loss Of Sense Of Taste And Smell

Namastey doctor, its near about 4 yearsI am ssuffering . My taste buds and smelling sence r closed. My nussels get blocked sometime I even cant breath properly. Blood with cough comes on sneezing . Counsulted many doctors but no improvement. Please suggest.
