Suggest Remedy For Loss Of Vision Post Retinal Detachment Surgery

I have my retina detachment operation twice ,first time by gas .After few days of the first operation my vision was improving but suddenly after 3 weeks the retina was again detached.Then It was operated again and operation was done with oil 3 months ago.Still now I have not got my vision. But now after checkup doctor said the retina condition is not good and prescribed Vesoret capsule and Nevanac eye drop.Please advise if teh medicines should be continued and also what next we should do for getting the vision again.Oil is still there in my eye. --Kishore
