Suggest Remedy For Lost Grip Due To Carpel Tunnel In Wrists And Sore Elbows

I have carpal tunnel in both wrists and now my elbows and top of my forearm are sore, I loose grip of stuff in general. I have a hard time lifting upwards. I know have a sharp pain in my left upper back, like just below the blade. It "acts up here and there but is getting worse daily. I am also getting more short of breath and forgetful does any of this make sense
