I am recovering post surgery, arthroscopy for labrum fray/tear repair in hip.......now that pain in joint is gone, but I am now having issues getting my flexibility and muscle elongation back. lots of progress, but i simply cannot even cross my legs without sharp pain in groin, hip side (IT Band etc...), and piriform (actively working to get this back to normal). can you please offer advice on how often to do stretches? I seem to do them most of the day while at work. Am I overdoing it. It is taking so long to address the leg crossing. am taking fish oil and turmeric paste for pain, but not much relief in pain. My gait and stride are still a work in progress as well.
