Suggest Remedy For Low Iron

hello Doctors, Im 21 years old and i was getting my period every single month normally, But now late time i got it was December jan.I didnt get it and until now i didnt i went my doctor and he ran an ultrasound and checked and said everything was fine.. But i have low iron plz advise me on what i should do?? Thanks
