Suggest Remedy For Low Sperm Count And Erectile Dysfunction

Hello doctor... i had to undergo a kidney transplant surgery on 16 th january this year... i m having a sexual problem since a few years.. i used to masturbate a lot.... my sperm count is quite low as well as I am suffering from erctile disfunctioning.. please suggest home made measures and some exercise to overcome this problem permanently and effectively..
