Suggest Remedy For Low Sperm Motility And Varicocele

Hi.Am 29y male married trying to have baby for last year ..scrotal dopler u/s shown that i have varecocele 1st degree left side..semen analysis shown that sperm count 39m/ml and total number 76m i have poor sperm motility with 6'/' progressive fast forward sperm and 25'/' sluggish sperm i just want to ask should i do for it surgery ??Regards
