Suggest Remedy For Lower Abdominal And Back Pain

Hi, I had the mirena coil inserted in November 2010 and haven't had any problems until now. I am 32 and have had 2 children. I have only had my period once since the coil was inserted, my last period was on the 16th February 2011. I started having lower abdominal pain about 10 days ago, with no bleeding. My lower back is also very sore and my tummy is a bit bloated. I don't normally suffer from period pains, so don't think it's take. Please can you advise.
