Suggest Remedy For Lumps Appearing In The Arms & Thighs

I am Vimala from Chennai.

I have lumps/(small 1/2" diameter ball like thing) under the skin of my

arm,thighs.I started to feel them only recently.Which disipline should

i consult.Is there any urgent need to go for any surgery.Could it be

cancer.
