Suggest Remedy For Lumps On Penis

I am a 14 year old male who noticed a small pea sized red lump/ball on my penis 6 days ago. I thought it may be a pimple so I am leaving it alone and it has not gone away yet. I am worried and would like some advice ASAP. It only hurts slightly when squeezed.
