Suggest Remedy For Mall Pink/whitish Spots On Left Side Of Pharynx

I don't know how long they have been there but 2 weeks ago I noticed small pink/whitish spots on left side of pharynx they are not painful and also a small lump to the side near to middle dangly bit. I have no fever earache etc. sometimes i feel a bit of food is stuck when i swallow but not all the time do you know what this could be
