Suggest Remedy For Marks/rashes On Face

Hi, i was told by the doctor that i had dermatitis on my face, and he gacve me some cream which i could only use for 7 days, it worked really well and but now my face has red marks where it was. what can i do to get rid off these? i have never had bad skin, so it is slightly annoying, its my 21st in a few weeks and want me skin back to normal. Any advice? thanks
