Suggest Remedy For Menstrual Cramps With History Of MTHFR Syndrome

I have very heavy painful periods but cannot take ANY hormones due to a blood clotting issue - disorder that I have called MTHFR. I am tired of doctors not understanding. I had a PE in 1987, at age 19. I almost died. There is no way I am taking any form of BC. I am 46 yrs old now. Thank you, PS. I have no insurance.
