Suggest Remedy For Migraine Along With Numbness In Left Arm And Vaginal Bleeding

I have had a migraine 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Although I've suffered from migraines for the past 20+ years, these past three have included numbness in my left arm and vaginal bleeding. I am 46 years old and taking activelle for hormone replacement. I am 5'2" and 140 lbs. I have premature ovarian failure resulting from treatment for Hodgkin's Disease in the early 1980s.
