Suggest Remedy For Migraine

Hello, I have always suffered from a lot of headaches for most of my life (I am 20 years old) However in the past couple of months I have been suffering from a constant headache, turning into a migraine every night. I am always sick and I often feel light headed. I have been to the doctors about this and I was told it would improve however I've got worse please help!
