Suggest Remedy For Migraines With Ringing In Ears

i have been having migraines along with ringing in my ears, dizziness and a general feeling of not feeling well. this has been going on for more then a week. i went to the chiropractor over the weekend hoping that would help because i was also having neck and shoulder pain. nothing has help this go away. i have taken over the counter meds and also prescription meds with no success. what is going on with me?
